[Help] People from other computers cant log into my server

I opened server 97d season 1 and i can play and everything see ok but other people from other computers cant log into my server.. they say that he is iffline but is not!

I have router and I made the loopback adpter and all this stuff... and i open ports and chaned the ip everyware and its dont work..

It's a well known issue, could be caused by your network I think your ISP Provider could give you the best support but also check if you opened all the necessery ports in router and firewall (Altought others shouldn't be able to connect too if you haven't) So my best advice for you is to inform your ISP Provider and ask them for help.
