Can this DB work with MuWeb 0.9 + MD5 ?

What are the settings for MD5 to work ?
I did everthing for MD5 but when I try to create administrator accound in MuWeb 0.9 (at the installation part) it shows me the message "There waas a problem trying to create the account"

How can I fix this ? I need to start the server today . . .
