each time i change in sql 81 to 82 char code, mine dimesion master can't connect to game. when i choose it, in gameserver i get message something about wrong data and Logout.

That won´t take more than 2 secs if you use a query on a 10k acc´s db.

Check your NPCName(xxx).txt on Client and you find this and all others.

correct me if i'm wrong but there isn't Red Storm Skill for summoner in this server? Cuz instead of red storm (in item(kor).txt) there is innovation skill!
