[Help] Wings S3 in MuServer S2+S4

ok i have S3 Wings in my S2 +S4 Files and thay are seen able and i can click on it etc. ... but i can take it on my character becuase of the 3rd Quest .... and when i make him 3rd quest from MuMaker i cant connect him .... can some one help ?? how i make the Wings for Blade Master`?? or how i make 3rd Quest on my Server?
