[Help] Windows server 2012

I tryed to install sygate firewall on windows server 2012 but is not working at all, so can i use the firewall from windows? I need to blocks hacks free stats sets blabla
I have check but i didn't find something online to see exactly what to.block.

Okay, but what to block? Leave unblock just cs,join and gameserver?

Block everything except Connect and GameServer.
