Install SQL Server Management Studio
Download: Click here

1st.. Check for last version installed !
By Default: Add remove programs>Microsoft Sqleval 2000 (check if you have this delete it)
2nd. Check after you have deleted (or not have in add remove programs the microsoft sqleval 2000 then check your folder) C:\Program Files\Microsoft Sqleval server and delete it
then restart and try again
If you still have errors then run registry cleaner and restart your pc and try again

you dont have connection to connect to make databases
you can try click right click in left empty menu and add it
