I use one of your last server releases 097d + 099i ....
And now I have a few questions ...

1. Where i can edit the rates of expirience?
2. Where i can edit drop chanse?
3. Where i can edit
4. where i can add/edit the welcome and other server messages? (I will keep the copyright for your team)
where i can download Cyrillic patch for your client???

1) in /muserver/data/commonserver.cfg
2) general drop :in /muserver/data/commonserver.cfg ,but if you want to edit drop of other custom items you must go in /muserver/DTData/ItemDropRate.txt and add your item+droprate+mob id
