[Help] Sygate in dedicated server

you use sygate on dedicated server?
I rented a dedicated server for mu.
but when I renicio the computer it hangs, I send the central release, but when I enter the machine the firewall is not open.
restart the machine again, lock the connection again, the central command and release again soon in dedicated and I see that my firewall has not started.

That is how you can use firewall on dedicated server?
Any panel management dedicated to you? contractor in?

That may be is port problem. Host Machine may be deny ports. Or OS is bugged...
