If have LUCK doesn't have Option
If have Option doesn't have LUCK
Where is the chance for Luck Option?

Items from Gold Silver and Heart:
If have Skill+option doesn't have luck
If have Luck+skill doesn't have option
If have Luck+option doesn't have Skill
Where is the chance for Skil+Luck+option?
