[Help] Set Monster in 99b

Guys sorry but i need so much help im new in Creating a Server
..
.. There are some problems that i have with my server and thats the best Forum that Helps Very usefull.

Thats my Questions.
1. I can Warp to some maps . Like Devias 1 / 2 / 3 . Dungeon 2 / 3

Icarus / arena ( i need to write /move stadium ) and other ... and i cant move with "M" and with /move ....

can any1 help me to active the Warp Maps on "M" Please

2. I dont have Monsters in Devias / Dungeon / etc.

can any1 say me how to set tham and it will be vey help full when any1 give me some Codes (full Codes) to see how it looks like and where to put tham like in D:/MuServer/Data .. or anything

И аз искам да знам как да си упрая warp че немога да се телепортирам в арена щото ми пише в warp стадиум и също тъка немога се телепортирам в икарус и калима.В калима мога но ме мята на кординати 11 21 а аз искам на 33 88(става само през атланс) да ме телепортира като използвам warp .

For monsters : Just edit MonsterSetBase.txt

Имам 1 проблем с клиента ... не мога да се "Warp" в Davias и Arena може само с команда /move stadium; /move Devias някой ако има файловете дето ми трябват.....ще съм благодарен ако ми ги даде
