I find it hard to believe that you followed all the steps in the tutorial, if you're lazy, that's your problem.

i dont use virtual server i have a pc with Windows 7, made changes there and still no effect

only difference is now that i get the "you are disconnected from the server" banner and that is it

It also matters which launcher you use so that it can remember the connection...if that doesn't work either, it means that something on the server is not working properly...

Another option is to delete the connection from the launcher, and reconnect it again, repeat the steps a few times and if it still doesn't work, it's possible that there's a problem with either the server or the client...
