Hei,

For quest lvl 3 no have special monster for drop, Icarus, Aida.. monsters do not appear ..

How to set?

I have not understood very well what you need
If your problem is that the monsters do not appear, you must add them to your server files monstersetbase.txt in Data (check monster.txt to add the mob that you need)

I have not used so much season 3+ versions but, I think you must check Data/Lang/Kor/quest(kor).txt and look there
