Google Says:

1.exit Xampp server
2.go to your C:\xampp\mysql\data directory
3.delete the ibdata1 file
4.restart xampp server
It should work

Ако наистина си с ксамп направо си го изтегли отново и си импортни само датата, ако не си го направил още. Няма смисъл да си губиш времето да търсиш какво гърми според мен, друг е въпроса ако искаш точно този ксамп да тръгне.
