[Help] My IP is not working

Hello guys
I use xampp 1.7.1 website works just with 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.64 if i write the IP page not working, page work just for localhost maybe because of my router?
Anyone knows how to fix.this problem?

You need to open (forward) port 80 from your router.

Page is done, now server is problem
When you enter in game it show de server connect and before type the account, you get disconnected from server, i check all ports blbla if anyone can help me i pay you...i have played this game with my friends many years ago and now we want to play it again, thanks
