[Help] Czf mu editor is not working

when i'm try to enter the czf mu editor it gives me the issue below






ODBC are configured, and the TCP/IP + Named Pipes are enable.

i'm using Sql server 2008 r2 64bit, ruuning on Windows server 2019 machine
