Yes, but server will be with bad connection and not much users...
Windows vista is bad for server.
If you want MU Server better use windows server 2003 SP1

Windows Server 2003 is just like all other OS.
Only the interface is stupid, because this is OS for servers.

You can run it with SQL 2000
But you need to install windows 2003 SP 1 !
If you install or update to SP2 the SQL server will work bad ^_^
