Find and change your config files and find your text Database default is MuOnline sql user name and password and test again!

There are few reasons for that;

a. Check if the MSSQL is up and running
b. Check the integrity of the connection variables such as: $ip (127.0.0.1 should work fine), $database, $username or $password
c. Check if MSSQL is unblocked by your AV or Firewall
