[Help] Jewels problem

Hi i have s3ep1 server and when i get jewel from the shop i cant sell it or use it it writes Unable to use .. i cant even move it and trade it :O can someone help me

and the second problem is that the MS is 100% , how to config it ?

in common server its like that:
ManaShield_Absorb_Agi_Divisor = 200 // + = less absorb %
ManaShield_Absorb_Ene_Divisor = 400 // + = less absorb %
ManaShield_Duration = 120 // in seconds
but its still 100%

btw when i try to use jewel i get this in gs:
[ANTI-HACK][Serial 0 Item] [UseItem <test><test> Item <Jewel of Bless>

how to fix the anti hack ? please somebody answer me
