[Help] I need help to know how to use Hex Editor

I have no idea how to use 1 when i paste my ip over another person Ip like the new Season 5 have 2 IP in it so u have to use Hex Editor but i try and paste my ip over it and save it but always leaves part of some 1 elses IP in it.

like try this Cracked main i have with Hex Editor and see what i have done wrong and u will know what i mean.

My IP Address is - 71.201.10.241 its already in the Main.

If u help me with this i will owe u big time.
