Hi all i have one problem on my web ,

my first web dont have any problem with reset, pk clear , and add stats.
but my new web have i can't make reset , add stats , and pk clear.
I don't know but i think on my new web need one scriipt or somthing to get work resets , pk clear and add stats . see my images and help me ... Thanks
