[Help] GameServer stopped

i have a problem with GameServer.exe . When i run MuServer StartUp.exe everything runs great except GameServer.exe ...

the following error that i get is :

please anyone can help me? i cant start my server!!

do u have netframework 3.5 or 4.0 ? or look your monstersetbase maybe its wrong..
