I won't be supprise if u can't install it

Alot of people are trying this and most of them said they get the error

i only know about 4 people who have got the files working maybe 5 people.
 
i installed without problem.... but this site is encoded i need someone to decoded :D.... is there someone? :D
 
to run this site you need:

1. Download IonCube Loaders!
2. Put in PHP.ini your loader:
Example: zend_extension_ts = Drive:\WebServer\www\loaders\ioncube_loader_win_x.x.dl
Note: x.x mean, you need to put right Apache loader for me is 5.2.dll :D
3. Restart your WebServer
4. EnjoY to Vietnam web :Dl

You need and IonCube,it is used for encrypting IPB 3.0+ uses is
 
I Decoded it but not sure if my php decoder worked properly.
