[Release] EventItemBag Editor + Updates

Currently, it only creates and edits, EventItemBag Box +1 to +5 and Heart of Love. But the creator want to update it, as we will see the following updates.

One of the advantages of it, is that you do not need to edit any list of items, it automatically picks up your "item (???). txt". Just set the path.

- Amended Record EventItemBags
- Added option to Edit EventItemBags (8 - 12)
- Increased No Max Item for 1500
- Fixed column Exc (recording was wrong)
- Added little Help (bottom of the program)
- Added EventItemBag5 (Heart of Love)

Update 2 -

- Added EventItemBags 1,2,3,4,6,7
- Fixed bug in Open Archives

Update 3 -

[1.0.3.11]
- Fixed bug of not opening some bags
- Fixed bug of not showing the option in some bags (# 0)
- Fixed bug to cancel saving the file saved in any way
- Added EventItemBag 13 (Ring of Warrior)
- Added EventItemBag 14 (Happy Pouch)
- Added EventItemBag 15 (Blue Heart)
