[Help] DataServer / GameServer not working on newer CPUS (I9-7900X)

Hey guys,


I was unable to deploy my MuServer to my 7900X. Whenever I open the DataServer.exe, it just crashes, however: If I disable 16 cores, leaving only 4 cores, it works pretty immediately.


Did any of you guys come up with this sort of issue?
I am using Windows 10, SQL 2008, etc, the server is working ONLY if I disable a lot of the CPU's and leave just a few, same issue happens with Threadripper and 9900K. Works on my Pentium G5400 pretty well.

Seems like an incompatibility with cpus with too many cores? Any help?

Hello,

I have the same issue with i7 processor 12 logical cores. It seems that old muserver apps can't run ot that amount of cores...
