Lite Guide for Command /drop

/drop GROUP ID LEVEL SKILL LUCK ADD EXC

GROUP = Item group (read Items.txt)
ID = Item sub-index (read Items.txt)
LEVEL = Level (from 0 to 11(15))
SKILL = Skill (0 or 1)
LUCK = Luck (0 or 1)
ADD = Option (0 to 7)
EXC = Excellent option

Weapon and Pendant Excellent Option:
1 = Increase Mana/kill +8
2 = Increase HP/kill +8
4 = Increase attacking(wizardly)speed+7
8 = Increase wizardly damage +2%
16 = Increase wizardly damage +level/20
32 = Excellent Damage Rate +10%

Note: Combine number and you can make an exc item option.
Sample: 8+32=40 Drop Code: /drop 1 0 0 0 0 0 40 = Exc Small Axe+Dmg 2%+EDR

Sets/Shield/Ring Excellent Option
1 = Increase Zen After Hunt +40%
2 = Defense Succes Rate 10%
4 = Reflect Damage 5%

But I was 1 in that event, that mean i`m winner... But how system choose winner, who killed most monsters and why monsters don`t respawn???
