[Help] Change levels to enter Blood Castle and Devil Square

I am using the 97+99 DarksTeam Beta 43 files for my future server and I need to modify the entry levels to the events since the maximum level is 1000.
Browsing different forums I found that it is necessary to modify the following lines in the game server:

Bloodcastle:

In GREEN is the minimum level of the entrance to the events
In RED is the maximum level of entrance to the events

I already modified them (those same lines are repeated about 7 times in the game server and I replaced them all) but in the game I don't notice any change. What am I doing wrong???
