Wings level 3 fix:
Now Wings level 3 can be equipped at level 300!
To be able to get the update, start the client from the Launcher!
380 level Items no work from level 1!
They can be Equip and Unequip from level 1 with Right-click!
Disregard the 380-level visual limitation, just use Right click!
