Някой има ли идея от къде идва този проблем.

FIXING:
Please check: Start>Control Panel>Region and Language. In the opened table (Format) choose English (United States). Apply. Reboot machine and try to start MU.

If you are allready on English (United States) change it to other restart and after that change it back to English (United States) and restart.
