1. i think every web can suit ( u have to enable md5 )
2. try czfmueditor or skyteam's editor

try any website (when it ask u how much db to use .. choose 2) and im not so sure but try darksweb 0.3 or muweb0.9 i think u should have errors. i hope u understand me cuz my eng is not very good
