my version xampp is 1.7.1 go my problem

magic_quotes_gpc must be disabled. To disable them go to your php.ini search for 'magic_quotes_gpc' and change value from 'On' to 'Off'. Enabled - Fix This

im DISABLED php.ini
magic_quotes_gpc = Off

and say enabled fix
