[Help] How to make server with NO-IP

Please i have no-ip Adress but i wanna know exactly where i put the COORECT IP'S on the server files of MU season2/3 any server just not season and lower!!

please help me i have dynamic ip and i cant create server with u only with
NO-IP Adresss but cant figure out how to make it work please help
