[Help] How can make elf's ifinitive arrow effect in mu 97d ?

Help please,how to make elf's ifinitive arrow effect in mu 97d ?I found a 97d server+client with ifinitive arrow effect before,so I know there's must be some ways,I want to add this effect to another 97d server+client which I like it very much.Many thanks.
Just do some HEX mod is perfect,or maybe I need to write and add a dll or something ?
Any help will be appreciated.Thanks again.

You can try to make max durability at arrows but i don't think this solve the problem.You have to use other GS because if is simply MuServer GS not supported.
