[Req] Fix Bug Stats for mucore

Hi guys, lemme just say your community rocks!

Anyways, i need a script for mucore that will enable users to fix their stats if they over do it in game. For example, the max stat is 32767 but in-game, they accidentally add some more points and they want to reset it to 32000
