[Help] 97d+99i HELP with FPS

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there's anyone who knows about increased in-game FPS within 97d+99i servers. I have seen increased in-game FPS on versions e.g. S3 EP1 etc. However, I have not seen it on any 97d+99i so far. If there's somebody who knows whether it is possible to increase it, please could leave me some directions on how to do it and if it's even possible to do it on such an old version.

Not speed hack, the actual in-game control feels softer and everything runs smoother when it comes to movements. It doesn't feel laggy at all, like in normal versions you can feel that lag output. The server I've tested had roughly 33¬fps in-game. Which is higher than the standard, and I am looking for somebody that might know whether it is possible to increase it on older versions e.g. 97d+99i.
