No that's just fotoshop. Most of the items on the picture are from season 12 as you can see Igcn editor doesn't have the pictures as well. Have you seen item type category 16 or bonus socket option on season 8? -

Not just 97D and 99T but exactly Darksteam server version. It doesn't mean that won't work with others but it has not been tested with them. So different item names and missing SQL tables may occur, you have to manage it yourself. -
