I strongly recommend you to test it further. I'm a coder, like DarkMaster, and 98% of coders will definitely thank you if you can tell them how to trigger the bug. Sometimes it is very hard to find where the problem is, I mean, what part of all the code is causing crash...

Oh well, same here, I'm a coder and I'd like to tell exactly how to trigger it (as I did on the vault dupe bug) but I can't say what exactly makes it crash. Sometimes it crashed with not an intense activity of the POST command, but after months of unknown crashes the only thing that fixed it was by disabling the command.
I ask here if someone's facing the same problem and maybe can help us triggering it in a precise way.
I'll keep testing It and try to understand what happens.. anyway I noticed that an empty server does not crash, It crashes with about 40-50 players online, but I still don't know what's the problem... I'll try to paste the windows error log as soon as I find it in the error history.

How many online players, more or less? I ask just to try understanding if it's caused by a large amount of activity on POST command or by anything else.
Did someone had the same problem with the POST command?
Crashes are totally random without errors in the LOG, it just stop logging and crash truncating the text in the log with not a single error line.
Sometimes the server is up for 2 days or so but it also crashes about twice in a day.
The only thing that I know is I managed to solve the random crashes by disabling it, so I suppose the POST command causes the gs to crash.
I await for other users experience to understand better what's the problem, actually!

I had a similar problem before but the server would crash instantly when you type something in /post.. I think it only worked with the blue color (party color) but Dark managed to fix it.. Try different colors I guess..

just post here ur file so i can see what u did, and tell me how offten do you want events to work, i can set it up for u.

Here is my DTDATA Folder, but I dont know if I have to edit something else in other part of the files.. But I dont think so

Also if you can, please paste your EventManager notepad so i can see how you got it configured

EDIT: Got it to work! Its the event which start like 1-2 min later than the config.. Sorry for all the inconveniences and thanks for answering me :) Will continue testing this files and posting problems/solutions

Guys, I just noticed I can't /move Name 0 100 100 after the last update.. Even using /gmove command, is there something I'm missing? thank you :D

I'm pretty sure that number of players doesn't match in the point. Instead I think there must be an ASCII character or something that is causing crash when you send a /post [string] that contains it, and you have a fool player in your game who thinks it's funny to make gs crash instead of helping with this bug. This happens frequently, trust me. The best for this cases is to have logs, chat reports... but I don't know if there are, anywhere...

Yeah, I think the same. I thought about some characters causing the crashes but as you said we do not have a chat log, so I really don't know what's going on..
Is there a way to enable the chat log for debug purposes? Maybe DarkMaster can add this feature for us, and maybe logging every chat in different files (post/buy/sell/whisper/guilds/party) with a config to enable/disable the logging feature could help us all spotting more bugs :D

It happened again, maybe caused by lag or something, but a vault has been duped again.
Not fixed yet, unforuntately :(

Show tutorial how you create this dupe for DarkMaster to fixed this problems my friend

And the chaos machine? I have it at 50%. And within the game says give 90% and fails.

And the golden monsters are also bug? Characters of 5 reset on a slow server kill them with poison power.

1. What bug are you talking about? I don't understand.
2. Server side and client side usually are not well communicated. Client can say "hello" but server did say "goodbye". I mean, if you set on server side that percentage is 50%, it WILL be 50%, but if you set on client side that percentage is 70%, you will see 70% on machine, but it WON'T be 70% because server says it is 50%. Understand how this works?
3. Poison spell is coded to make damage in percentage, not in a static way. That's why a new player can kill Kundun with Poison if he/she wants. And, unfortunately, percentage is calculated in base not of player's damage, instead it is calculated based on enemy's HP. You can't do anything about it, but to delete that spell from the game.

First, you should learn how to write in english correctly. Sometimes people won't understand you if you don't.
/gmove is a /move version for Game Masters, so nobody that is not a Game Master should use it. Also, /move icarus is a default move command, you can't delete it just by editing .ini files because it is written in another file (I think that file can be opened with WTFEditor or something like that, it's located in Data folder, something like Message.wtf if I'm not wrong), so this is not a DarkMaster's problem. It's just you need to setup your files better.

It is not a virus. Probably it is encrypted or something. Don't worry about it.

He already told you that he doesn't know how to trigger it, didn't he? So why are you asking he to make a tutorial if he can't just make it happen? I really don't understand...

Exactly :( I'm here to report that it happened again just 5 minutes ago. A player had this problem, he told me that he was just doing a big trade so he was opening/closing vault again and again, and I think he was lagging or something as I reported here.
I suggest to make some tests with slow connection simulators, I confirm that the bug is not fixed yet, it happens very rarely, but it does :(
I wrote a script that finds duped items and write it on a private discord channel so I can check everything in real time (every minute), so I know exactly when it happens and how many times.
Before the fix it used to happen about three times everyday, now it happens once every 3-4 days (with about 50 players online opening/closing the vault).

As mauri23 said, I DO NOT KNOW how to trigger, but I'm quite sure it's something about lag! Can't help more than this. Hope is enough.

You're saying that before update it used to happen much more frequently than now, am I right? Then DarkMaster might changed something that is a bit related to this problem. If he reads this, be sure that he will know how to solve it.

I'm not worried, players who play the servers might be tho.

I don't want to think that you'll provide client to your players without encrypting it... Perhaps that can fix your issue.

(hmm2) you think what you are talking about ? it means that since this project started from 0 it had this problem and dupe work for normal vault and multi vault without any problem so it's hard to believe what you say,I do not think you'll see who knows what update as soon as possible for DarkMaster needs more information to be able to fixed ;):

for what you just say just slow down your connection and create the lag you need and dupe is create so let's see what the creator decides only DarkMaster has the power to fix the problem

Ah, man... you can't be serious...
This guy says he discovered a bug on recently updates, and since DarkMaster "fixed" the bug it is happening less frequently. It doesn't mean that it was there since first release. For example, I have been reporting a lot of bugs for about months (maybe years), and one of them was related to multi vaults feature (vault 6 and above didn't work properly, even if you create tables on the database). The only way I solved that problem was putting a max 5 vaults for everyone, or deactivating the feature. Like I said, I reported it long ago, maybe DM wrote something to fix it that time, and careless made that bug appear...

Like I said, if DarkMaster could manage to make vault duping less frequently, that means he can do it again. Maybe making it impossible. He only needs to read this and he'll know better than us what to do to fix it.
